I've spent most of my life in competitive environments — from playing soccer at a high level to navigating transitions across college, sports, and tech.

After starting at Huston-Tillotson University and transferring to UT Austin, I built my foundation in sales at Austin FC, gained tech exposure at Oracle NetSuite, and now work at TikTok — one of the four fastest-growing companies in the world.

Through all of it, I learned that success isn't just about working hard. It's about positioning yourself, building the right relationships, and staying intentional about where you're going.

And I won't be the only voice in the room — I'll be bringing in guests from industry leading companies to share what they actually look for, and what most candidates get wrong.
